Create a group for your club.
At the bottom right you can create a new group by clicking 'Add Group'. Give the group a name and add a group photo if necessary.
In the group overview you can see all the groups you are a member of.
If a group already exists for your club but you don't see it, contact the group administrator to be added. Alternatively, you can join the group via an invitation link.
As an administrator of a group, you have the option to add drinks. To do this, click on 'Add drink' at the bottom right and enter the name, price, stock and, if necessary, a picture of the drink.
Any number of drinks can be listed in each group.
Group admins have the authority to add foods to the list. To add a dish, simply click on 'Add dish' at the bottom right. There you can enter the name, price, current stock and optionally a picture of the dish.
There is no limit to the number of dishes that can be added to a group.
Members have the option to book drinks. To do this, simply select the desired drink from the drinks list, enter the desired quantity and click on “Enter”. If a green tick appears, the booking has been made successfully.
If the booking is successful, the price of the drink will automatically be added to the member's account and the stock will be updated accordingly. Group admins also have the ability to book on behalf of other members and edit drink details.
In the Members section, group administrators have the ability to add or remove members. A practical way to invite new members is to use an invitation link, which can be found in the group's administration area.
Within the "Members" area, all group members are listed and you have the option to mark individual members as friends.
In the group chat, members have a platform to communicate. Not only text messages, but also voice messages and photos can be shared here. In addition, the chat allows you to create surveys and polls to make joint decisions easier.
Add friends in our app and invite them to groups. To add friends, simply click 'Add Friend' at the bottom right or use the QR code scanner.
In the admin area, group administrators have access to various practical functions:
Under “Account balances ” you get an overview of all members' accounts. Here you can not only check your account balances, but also make adjustments and record deposits.
Thanks to the cash register function in our app, you can easily display the club cash register digitally. This way you always keep track of all your club's income and expenses.
Open Book Mode serves as a kiosk mode and is ideal for devices that are accessible to all members.
Using this mode is divided into three simple steps:
Members have the option of setting an individual pin for open book mode in their settings. Once set, bookings are only possible with this pin.
When you leave Open Book mode, you log out by default. If this is not desired, the function can be deactivated in the group settings.
