Customize your app experience and create a group specifically for your club.
Find the option 'Add Group' in the bottom right corner. Click on it and give your group a name. For a personal touch, you can also add a group picture.
In your group overview, all the groups you are a member of will be listed. If you want to join an existing group of your club that is not displayed, please ask the group administrator for help or use the provided invitation link.
As an administrator of your group, you have the freedom to design the drink menu. To add a new drink, simply navigate to the 'Add Drink' button, which you can find in the bottom right corner. There, you can enter all relevant details such as the name, price, current stock, and even upload a suitable image for the drink. Your options are endless - add as many drinks to your group as you like.
As an administrator of your group, you are also free to expand the food offerings. To add a dish, simply look for the 'Add Dish' button in the bottom right corner. There you can enter all important information such as the name of the dish, its price, the current stock, and also an appealing image. Your group members will appreciate the variety - you can add as many dishes as you like to the group and thus provide culinary diversity.
For members, booking drinks in our app is child's play. After selecting your desired drink from the drink list, simply specify the desired quantity and click "Enter". If a green checkmark appears, everything was successful and your selection has been booked. The great thing about it is that everything is automated. The price of the drink will be automatically added to your account and the inventory in the warehouse will be correspondingly reduced. If you are the group administrator, you have additional options. You can not only book for yourself, but also for other members and you also have permission to edit the drink details. This keeps everything clear and up to date.
The Members tab in our app provides a clear platform for administrators to efficiently manage the membership of their groups. Here, new members can be added with just a few clicks or existing members can be removed. A particularly useful feature is the ability to add members through an invitation link. This link, located in the admin area, can be easily sent to potential members who can join by clicking on the link. Additionally, the tab provides a clear overview of all members of the group.
The group chat is the heart of communication in our app. Here, members can communicate with each other in real time and exchange ideas on various topics. It is not only possible to send text messages, but also voice messages and pictures, which makes the exchange even more lively and personal. Particularly practical are the functions to create polls and surveys. Whether it's about planning the next meeting, getting opinions on a specific topic, or making quick decisions - the group chat provides all the necessary tools for efficient and entertaining communication within the group.
In our app, it's easy to add friends and invite them to groups. Simply click on 'Add Friend' in the bottom right corner or use the QR code scanner to add new friends. Once they are added to your friend list, you can invite them to any desired groups. It's convenient and uncomplicated!
The admin area of our app offers administrators extensive options to optimize group functions.
In the 'Account balances' section, you can see an overview of the accounts of all members.
You can adjust the account balances and add payments there.
With the cash register function in our app, you can easily digitize the club's cash register.
This allows you to have a constant overview of the finances and track all income and expenses in the club.
The Open-Book-Mode is a special mode for publicly accessible devices in the club.
It works in three simple steps:
To protect member data, each member can set an individual pin for this mode. Only with this pin is it possible to make a booking.
After use, you will be automatically logged out. If this function is not desired, it can be deactivated in the settings.
