Customize your app experience and create a group specifically for your club.
You will find the 'Add Group' option at the bottom right. Click on it and give your group a name. You can also add a group photo for a personal touch.
All groups in which you are a member are listed in your group overview. If you would like to join an existing group in your club that is not visible to you, please ask the group administrator for help or use the invitation link provided.
As the administrator of your group, you have the freedom to design the drinks on offer. To add a new drink, simply navigate to the 'Add Drink' button located at the bottom right. There you can upload all relevant details such as the name, price, current stock and even a suitable image for the drink. Your choices are endless - add as many drinks to your group as you like.
As the administrator of your group, you are also free to expand the menu offerings. To add a dish, simply find the 'Add dish' button at the bottom right. There you can store all the important information such as the name of the dish, its price, the current inventory and an attractive picture. Your group members will appreciate the variety - you can add as many dishes to the group as you like and thus ensure culinary variety.
For members, booking drinks on our app is a breeze. After you have selected your desired drink in the drinks list, all you have to do is enter the desired quantity and click on “Enter”. If a green tick appears, everything was successful and your selection has been booked. The great thing is that everything is automated. The price of the drink will be automatically added to your account and the inventory in the warehouse will be reduced accordingly. If you are an administrator of the group, you have additional options. You can book not only for yourself, but also for other members and you also have permission to edit the drink details. This keeps everything clear and up to date.
The Members tab in our app provides a clear platform for administrators to efficiently handle the member management of their groups. Here new members can be added or existing members removed with just a few clicks. A particularly practical function is adding members via an invitation link. This link, located in the admin area, can be easily sent to potential members who can join by clicking the link. The tab also provides a clear overview of all members of the group.
The group chat is the heart of communication in our app. Here members can communicate with each other in real time and exchange ideas about various topics. It is not only possible to send text messages, but also voice messages and images, making the exchange even more lively and personal. The functions for creating votes and surveys are particularly practical. Whether it's planning the next meeting, getting opinions on a specific topic or making quick decisions - group chat offers all the necessary tools for efficient and entertaining communication within the group.
In our app it's easy to add friends and invite them to groups. Simply click 'Add friend' at the bottom right or use the QR code scanner to add new friends. Once they're added to your friends list, you can invite them to any groups you want. It's practical and uncomplicated!
The admin area of ​​our app offers administrators extensive options for making optimal use of the group functions.
In the 'Account balances' area you can see an overview of all members' accounts.
You can adjust account balances and add payments there.
You can easily digitize the club's cash register using the cash register function in our app.
This allows you to keep an eye on your finances at all times and track all income and expenses in the club.
Open book mode is a special mode for publicly accessible devices in the club.
It works in three simple steps:
To protect member data, each member can set an individual pin for this mode. Booking is only possible with this pin.
After use you will be automatically logged out. If this function is not desired, it can be deactivated in the settings.
